About the job

Parfumado is looking for a Head of Finance & Operations to lead financial strategy and operational excellence in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage financial planning, cash flow, and profitability while acting as a sparring partner to the founders.

What you will do

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital
Monitor profitability, margins and cost structures across markets and channels
Oversee inventory performance, stock turnover and working capital
Act as financial sparring partner to founders and management team
Support fundraising processes with financial modelling and due diligence

What you bring

Strong experience in financial leadership within a growing business
Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
Commercial mindset to translate financial insights into decisions
Experience with inventory and working capital in e-commerce or subscription
Experience managing teams and driving performance
Hands-on, structured and pragmatic approach

Nice to have

Affinity with financial systems, automation and AI-driven improvements
