About the job

Get E is looking for a Head of Finance to lead its finance function in Hoofddorp. You will oversee financial reporting, business control, and drive AI and automation in finance processes.

What you will do

Lead the finance function and set team priorities
Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget control
Oversee annual accounts, statutory reporting, and audit processes
Develop business control capabilities and profitability analysis
Drive AI and automation in finance processes
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Relevant senior finance experience in high-growth, international, or scale-up environment
Experience leading a finance function or substantial part of it
Strong financial accounting knowledge including month-end close and internal controls
Proven business control and commercial finance experience
Strong practical experience using AI and automation to improve finance processes

Nice to have

Experience with NetSuite ERP
Fluent in Dutch
