Rituals is looking for a Head of Landscape IT to lead and develop their Enterprise IT technical landscape in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will manage a team of about 8 FTE and act as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders. You ensure the continuity, stability, and security of central IT infrastructure.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the Landscape IT team of about 8 FTE
- Define, manage and optimize the technical landscape for Enterprise IT
- Translate strategic objectives into team plan, priorities and improvements
- Ensure continuity, stability and security of central IT infrastructure
- Act as strategic sparring partner for stakeholders on technical direction and risks
- Provide structure and improve ITIL processes, align with Tech & Data portfolio management
What you bring
- Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience in Enterprise IT infrastructure
- Proven management experience leading and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains like Microsoft solutions and networking
- Experienced in maintaining business-critical IT landscapes in an international environment
- Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
