Cross Border Talents is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels and managing the full recruitment cycle.
What you will do
- Source and attract candidates using databases and social media
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to boards and colleges
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
What you bring
- BA or MSc in Human Resources Management or related field
- At least 1 year of recruiter experience in a Forex or Media company is a major advantage
- Fluency in English verbal and written
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands-on experience with selection processes
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office
