Adyen is looking for an Internal Control Specialist to join its Finance team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will help strengthen the internal control framework and support management in a fast-paced financial technology environment. You will collaborate with the Internal Control team on global projects and ensure successful audit cycles.
What you will do
- Strengthen the internal control framework and support management
- Evaluate financial and reporting processes and controls
- Perform independent review and testing of controls
- Identify and evaluate control deficiencies
- Manage auditor requests for successful audit cycles
- Collaborate with the Internal Control team on global framework and projects
What you bring
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in external audit, risk management, or internal control
- Basic knowledge of internal control design, testing, and deficiency evaluation
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eager to drive change in a financial technology environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Good stakeholder management skills
