About the job

Adyen is looking for a GTM Systems Manager to own and optimize the technology stack that supports its go-to-market teams. In this role, you will define the roadmap for your tools, drive adoption of new capabilities, and build AI and automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain the roadmap for the tools in your portfolio
  • Optimize the tech stack and drive adoption of new capabilities
  • Build AI and automation solutions using agentic tools and AI coding assistants
  • Evaluate and implement new platforms, ensuring fit with commercial architecture
  • Manage integrations and data with Salesforce, engineering, and data teams
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and own tool health and governance

What you bring

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or similar GTM technology role
  • Experience owning business-critical technology, including defining roadmaps and managing stakeholders
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, Aircall, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Experience using AI coding assistants, agentic development tools, or automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, data models, and system integrations
  • Strong product and prioritization mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills
