About the job
Incision is a fast-growing international healthtech scale-up based in Amsterdam. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will provide onsite and remote support while contributing to IT projects and compliance efforts.
What you will do
- Provide onsite and remote IT support
- Manage support tickets and coordinate with IT team
- Administer Google Workspace and business applications
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding
- Contribute to IT roadmap projects
- Maintain endpoint protection and device management
What you bring
- At least 3 years of IT support or operations experience
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS users
- Experience administering Google Workspace or similar platform
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance framework
- Experience creating or improving IT processes
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with Vanta or similar compliance platform
- Familiarity with HIPAA
- Experience with scripting and workflow automation
- Experience in a scale-up environment
