THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their high-end restaurant in Amsterdam. You will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations and actively contribute to departmental goals. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

What you will do

  • Assist in smooth running of operations
  • Participate actively in departmental goals
  • Communicate anticipated shortages to Senior Chefs

What you bring

  • Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as Demi Chef de Partie
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Keen interest in working for a high-end restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Located in or near Amsterdam
