What you will do
- Assist in drafting and revising national and international contracts
- Support GDPR privacy obligations
- Help with corporate governance activities like drafting board and shareholder meeting documents
- Prepare memos, training, and opinions for internal functions
- Support archiving and database maintenance
- Monitor legislative and jurisprudential news
What you bring
- Graduating in Law or related field
- Advanced Dutch (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1)
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
- EU Working Permit (excluding Orientation Year Visa)
Nice to have
- Some in-house experience
- French language knowledge
