About the job

Oktoberagency is looking for a Lead Copywriter to shape the email and retention strategy for high-volume DTC accounts. This fully remote role gives you ownership over copy direction and a clear path to lead your own team.

What you will do

  • Write campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for high-volume DTC accounts
  • Turn retention briefs into copy that sells
  • Bring new creative ideas
  • Set tone-of-voice guides and best-practice library
  • Review and give feedback on copy
  • Prove out the dedicated-copywriter model

What you bring

  • Native English or native Dutch speaker
  • 5+ years writing email or CRM copy for e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Agency background writing for several brands under tight deadlines
  • Portfolio of real sent emails with results
  • Can explain why copy worked and what to change
