Join Oktoberagency as a Senior Email Retention Manager and take the lead on retention strategies for a portfolio of high-revenue Shopify brands. In this fully remote role, you will own the retention roadmap, mentor junior team members, and drive impactful client onboarding.
What you will do
- Manage 5-6 Shopify brands with over 5M in revenue
- Own retention roadmap across portfolio
- Develop advanced retention strategies and review campaigns
- Work with junior Retention Manager
- Mentor RM1s and RM2s in pod
- Run client onboarding for new brands
What you bring
- 4+ years hands-on experience
- Full funnel understanding
- Proven ability to develop retention strategy from scratch
- Strong relationship builder with client-facing experience
- Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience
