Celonis is looking for a Lead Value Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will help customers align the Celonis platform with their AI strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you will do

Map platform to customer AI strategy
Own end-to-end ROI targets
Lead executive value workshops
Manage C-level stakeholder relationships
Steer cross-regional transformation programs
Define strategic expansion roadmap

What you bring

7+ years relevant experience
Deep enterprise IT and SaaS background
Master AI-fluent operator
Builder mentality in ambiguity
Expert in strategic program and stakeholder management
Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related degree

Nice to have

Flawless English and Dutch speaking
Expert knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, or Logistics
