Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is looking for an M&A Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support managers on projects and help drive deal flow through analysis, networking, and client outreach.

- Perform business and market analyses
- Prepare valuations and bid books
- Identify potential buyers and sellers
- Approach new buyers and sellers
- Build and maintain network
- Support manager during projects
What you bring
- University degree in finance or college degree with finance master
- Social and entrepreneurial with commercial insight
- Strong analytical, punctual, goal-oriented
- Affinity with SME sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
