Celonis is a global leader in process mining and execution management software. As an Associate Account Executive in the Top Talent Sales Program, you will join a dynamic team in Amsterdam to drive new business across the BENELUX region.

What you will do

  • Generate own sales pipeline through cold outreach and first meetings
  • Engage with C-suite executives to address strategic challenges
  • Position Celonis platform to meet critical business needs
  • Deliver revenue in assigned account patch by creating new opportunities
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including value engineers and partners

What you bring

  • 2-3 years professional experience in client-facing roles at top-tier consultancy or enterprise tech
  • Academic background in Business Economics, Engineering, Informatics or related field
  • Sales drive and interest in enterprise software sales
  • Business acumen to understand company operations and identify inefficiencies
  • AI-forward mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies
  • Communication excellence in Business English

Nice to have

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunications or Utilities
