Bynder is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive customer adoption and engagement through digital outreach and personalized interactions. You will promote DAM best practices and educate customers on platform usage.

Promote DAM best practices and educate customers on platform usage
Execute scaled customer engagement initiatives and support automated journeys
Monitor customer health and coordinate actions to support retention and renewal
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams
Leverage digital tools and automation for efficient customer interactions

What you bring

Fluent in English
1–3 years of customer-facing experience
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Customer-centric mindset
Commercial mindset
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Nice to have

Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms or marketing technology software
Experience supporting SMB customers or scaled digital-first Customer Success programs
