About the job
Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is looking for an M&A Senior Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for performing company and market analyses, preparing valuations and bid books, and meeting potential buyers and sellers. You will also approach new buyers and sellers, expand and maintain the network, and prepare financing applications while solving financing issues.

What you bring
- Master's degree in Finance or finance-oriented Masters
- Minimum 3 and maximum 5 years M&A experience as analyst, associate or consultant
- Social and entrepreneurial with practical, strategic, tactical and commercial insight
- Analytically strong, punctual and target-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and good command of English
