What you will do
- Define delivery timelines and project plans with customers
- Lead carrier initiatives from planning to adoption
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with carriers to improve data quality and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor project progress and publish reports on business impact
- Mentor team members and share scalable solutions
What you bring
- Two to four years of experience in data analysis or similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills to convert complex data into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of source data, data formats, and data behavior
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Kibana, or Observe
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluency in English and French or Spanish
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, software, or logistics
- Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts
- Additional languages
