In this hybrid role, you will serve as the primary technical authority during sales engagements and translate customer challenges into scalable solutions.
What you will do

- Serve as primary technical authority during sales engagements
- Translate customer challenges into scalable solutions
- Design and deliver demos, proofs of concept, and value assessments
- Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers
What you bring
- 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software
- Deep understanding of global supply chain, transportation, and logistics processes
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, integration frameworks, and data exchange formats
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Nice to have
- Familiarity with programming concepts, SQL, and information security standards
