Zero Motorcycles Inc. is seeking a Manager Global Parts & Accessories to lead its P&A strategy from Amsterdam. This role oversees the global parts portfolio, demand planning, and financial management in a hybrid work environment.

What you will do

Define and execute global P&A strategy
Lead and develop global P&A organization
Oversee daily operations
Manage strategic projects
Own global parts and accessories portfolio
Lead demand planning, inventory control, and financial management

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in automotive or automotive aftermarket in commercial role
Strong understanding of automotive industry
Proven experience in business management, category management, buying, or selling
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP

Nice to have

Experience with electric vehicles and motorcycles
Knowledge of Salesforce
Additional European languages
Dutch language
