About the job
Zero Motorcycles Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support its European HR operations. Based in Amsterdam, this internship offers hands-on experience in compensation, employee documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do
- Support HR operations and compensation processes
- Assist with employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Help maintain internal communications and organize company events
- Contribute to projects on employee benefits, HR data analysis, compliance, and systems
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams across Europe
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in an HR program or related field, preferably third year
- Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
- Accurate, well-organized, eager to learn, and creative thinker
- Team player with initiative, proactivity, and perseverance
- Good sense of humor and perspective
