Adyen is looking for a Manager to shape the platform and marketplace offering strategy. In this role, you will own the commercial value proposition and build direct customer relationships to drive growth.

What you will do

Create and evolve Adyen's offering for platforms and marketplaces
Own commercial value proposition and product bundling
Anticipate future customer and commercial needs
Build direct customer relationships to inform strategies
Identify cross-market patterns in customer feedback
Partner with commercial leads to execute go-to-market strategy

What you bring

7+ years of experience combining consulting or investment banking with hands-on technology company ownership
Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environment
Customer-centric with experience building external relationships
Experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
Strong communication skills to influence internal stakeholders
Based in New York City or Amsterdam office

Nice to have

Expertise in payments or financial technology
