Axon is seeking a Marketing Manager for Northern Europe to lead the regional marketing function from Amsterdam. You will drive strategy and campaigns across the Benelux and Nordics to enhance brand awareness in the policing market.

- Own the Northern Europe marketing function
- Lead development and execution of marketing strategy for Benelux and Nordics
- Increase awareness and shift perception in core policing market
- Develop and execute PR and public affairs campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
- Provide strategic insights for sales enablement
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
- Expertise in digital/growth marketing, events, and public relations or public affairs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English
- Experience working with customers in Northern Europe
