Axon is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager I to lead complex enterprise-grade product deployments in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage all aspects of deployment, from pre-sales scoping to post-sales implementation, while overseeing milestones, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
What you will do
- Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade product deployments
- Oversee project milestones, resource planning, scope, timeline, and risk management
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and on-time delivery
- Support pre-sales scoping and post-sales implementation handoff
- Own relationship with 3rd party integrator and client throughout contract
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
What you bring
- Fluency in both German and English
- European citizenship required for work with sensitive Government data
- 5+ years experience leading highly complex programs
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level software deployments or large-scale programs
- Deep expertise in delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Mastery of program/project management tools and methodologies
Nice to have
- Familiarity with software configurations and coding experience, particularly JSON
