Axon is looking for a Channel Partners Program Manager to take ownership of the design and rollout of its formal partner strategy and program. In this role, you will define program structure, track performance, and manage distributor-facing platforms, ensuring data quality and smooth onboarding. You will work directly with distributors and internal teams to align program rules and support expectations.
What you will do
- Own design and rollout of formal partner strategy and program, defining structure and documenting guidelines
- Define and track program participation and performance metrics, reporting to stakeholders and communicating updates to distributors
- Administer distributor-facing platforms and pipeline systems, including user access and configuration
- Maintain data quality across distributor and pipeline records, working with distributors and internal teams
- Supervise distributor onboarding and training lifecycle, from new-distributor onboarding to established-distributor enablement
- Coordinate with internal teams to align program rules and support expectations across functions
What you bring
- 2–4 years of experience in channel/partner operations, customer success, sales operations, or related role
- Comfort working directly with external partners/customers, including non-native English speakers
- Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and process consistency
- Comfort using CRM, reporting, and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Google Workspace
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting a partner or partner-facing platform or tool
- Exposure to channel program design (tiering, certification, incentives)
- Experience working with international partners
- Experience supporting public sector, law enforcement, government, technology, SaaS, or hardware sales channels
- Experience supporting partner communications, training, onboarding, or business reviews
