DEPT® is looking for a Medior Producer to join their Amsterdam team. You will produce social-first and in-house content across shoots, series, and campaigns, translating creative ideas into production plans. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with social specialists, editors, and account teams.
What you will do
- Produce social-first and in-house content across shoots, series, and campaigns
- Translate creative ideas into production plans including timelines and budgets
- Optimize production workflows and implement best practices
- Advise on crew selection and team composition
- Ensure platform-specific requirements and technical standards for social channels
- Collaborate with social specialists, editors, and account teams
What you bring
- A couple of years of experience as a Producer, In-House Producer, or Social Producer at a creative agency or digital-first brand
- Experience setting up or running in-house shoots
- Strong understanding of social platforms and producing fast, relevant content
- Comfortable managing multiple productions at once
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive and organized
