Over de functie

Join the team at THE ENTOURAGE GROUP as a Sous Chef in Amsterdam. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create and execute menus while overseeing daily kitchen operations.

Collaborate with Head Chef on menu planning and execution
Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation and presentation
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in menu development based on trends and guest preferences
Manage inventory and control costs

Previous experience as Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Valid work permit for the Netherlands
Excellent communication skills
Located in or near Amsterdam
Ability to multitask and lead a team
