THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie Patissier for MR PORTER AMSTERDAM. In this role, you will produce breads and desserts that align with the restaurant's concept. You will work closely with the Head Chef and staff to develop pastry knowledge.

What you will do

  • Produce breads and desserts to restaurant concept
  • Prepare and bake breads
  • Ensure consistent quality of plate desserts
  • Work with Head Chef and staff on pastry knowledge
  • Check goods received meet HACCP standards
  • Deputize for Pastry sous chef when absent
