Adyen is looking for an Optimization Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will partner with commercial teams to drive value propositions and merchant adoption using data-driven insights. You will lead high-level customer discussions and analyze payment data to identify optimization opportunities.

What you will do

Partner with commercial teams to drive value proposition and merchant adoption using data-driven insights
Lead high-level customer discussions and enable commercial teams with tools and trainings
Analyze merchant portfolios and payment data to identify optimization opportunities
Identify and support adoption of Adyen products in collaboration with Product teams
Build dashboards and scalable analytical solutions from large datasets
Support team operations, mentor team members, and build relationships with regional customers

What you bring

5+ years experience in Risk & Fraud, Payments Performance, Data Analytics, or similar within fintech/payments
Strong understanding of regional payments landscape
Good stakeholder management across customers and cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, cross-functional environments
Strong data analysis skills with experience handling complex datasets
Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
