About the job

EVERIENCE is looking for a District Heating Operations Supervisor to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will prepare and coordinate maintenance activities, supervise contractors and technicians, and ensure work meets technical and safety standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to keep district heating operations running smoothly.

What you will do

  • Prepare and coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities
  • Supervise work by contractors and technicians
  • Ensure work follows technical guidelines and quality standards
  • Monitor safety during on-site activities
  • Coordinate with contractors, technicians, residents, customers, municipalities, and internal colleagues
  • Support analysis and resolution of faults in pipelines and installations

What you bring

  • Completed technical MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in installation technology, heating, energy, infrastructure, or technical operations and maintenance
  • Experience as work planner, technician, site supervisor, operations supervisor, or similar technical role
  • Valid driving licence (Category B)
  • Practical and independent approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

Nice to have

  • VCA-VOL certification
  • VEWA AVP/WV certification
  • NEN 3140 certification
