EVERIENCE is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will guide teams in Agile practices and help drive their Agile transformation.
What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Coach teams in Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders
- Improve collaboration, transparency, and delivery processes
- Contribute to Agile transformation
What you bring
- 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with software development or technology teams
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
- Scrum certification such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe
