FeverUp is looking for a Partner Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of large events after contract signing. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will act as the main contact between event organizers and internal teams, coordinating tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery.

What you will do

Manage full lifecycle of big events after contract signing
Serve as main contact between event organizer and internal teams
Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery
Communicate product and process needs to HQ and product team
Create and maintain Q&A for user support incidences
Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation

What you bring

Degree qualified with project management background
2+ years in project management or consulting
Fluent English and Dutch
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused with ability to create resolution plans
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams

Nice to have

Event experience
Other languages
Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram promotional tools
Strong academic background
