Creative Fabrica is looking for a PR & Earned Media Manager to own the earned-media strategy and drive coverage. In this role, you will build relationships with journalists and creators, pitch compelling story angles, and create newsworthy moments using data and trends.

What you will do

Own the earned-media strategy and increase coverage and reach
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, newsletter writers, podcasters, and creators
Develop and pitch story angles around products, launches, and industry developments
Create newsworthy moments using internal data, experiments, and trends
Work with Product Marketing to shape launch narratives
Prepare spokespeople with pitches, media materials, and talking points

What you bring

2+ years in PR, earned media, communications, or journalism with demonstrable coverage
Strong understanding of how journalists and modern media organizations operate
Experience developing and pitching compelling story angles
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable reaching out cold and working with executives
Proactive and persistent, able to move fast on opportunities

Nice to have

Existing network of journalists covering AI, technology, or startups
Experience securing coverage in major international publications or creator media
Experience with data-driven PR, original research, or unconventional campaigns
Experience in AI, SaaS, or consumer technology at a startup or scale-up
