Metyis AG is looking for a Principal in Strategy and Execution to join their Amsterdam office. In this role, you will manage C-level client relationships and lead teams to deliver data-driven business solutions. You will also identify growth opportunities and coach team members.
What you will do
- Manage client relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Lead teams to create data-driven business solutions
- Identify opportunities at clients and within Adaptfy
- Oversee project management and stakeholder management
- Formulate strategic hypotheses and analyze data
- Coach team members and support their development
What you bring
- 8-11 years of consulting experience
- At least 3 years at project lead level
- Strong management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and teams
- Strong analytical skills and high academic achievement
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills
