What you will do

Develop High-Tech business to drive growth and operational efficiency
Oversee day-to-day project operations ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
Manage client expectations and deliver value
Provide periodic reports and presentations to senior leadership
Manage project team members and support hiring and coaching
Partner with other service lines and sales teams for alignment

What you bring

Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
8+ years in management consulting with at least 4 years in High-Tech or semiconductor industry
Experience in a consulting organization mentoring teams
Proven track record in delivering consulting and technology services
Experience in digital, AI, Industry 4.0, supply chain or cyber security transformation programs
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
