What you bring

1-2+ years of experience with solid technical foundation
Has built and shipped products or features
Has worked in a team
Has product sense for early career
Uses AI and agents as default way of working
Moves fast and takes ownership

Nice to have

First role or internship at a SaaS or product company
Side projects or small products built mostly alone and used by others
Experience with evals, inference cost, or model failure modes
