Product Financial Controller, Balance Platform
About the job
Adyen is looking for a Product Financial Controller for its Balance Platform in Amsterdam. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams to build accounting flows and act as a subject matter expert on financial products within Group Finance.
What you will do
- Collaborate with Product, Operational Finance, Reporting, and Statutory Financial Controlling teams
- Build accounting flows for new products with Product teams and Finance Developers
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on Financial Products within Group Finance
- Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and report financial results
- Manage audit process for own scope
- Analyze platform business activity and contribute to variance analysis
What you bring
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in Financial Services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical skills for process improvement and automation
- Collaborative and investigative mindset
