About the job
Metyis AG is looking for a Project Management Associate to support client engagements in digital transformation and technology. You will manage workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget are met. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and facilitating project meetings and workshops.
What you will do
- Support delivery of client engagements in digital transformation and technology
- Manage workstreams or smaller projects ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues
- Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews
What you bring
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, PMO, delivery management, or consulting
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology
- Understanding of project management principles including planning, governance, and budgeting
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience delivering digital transformation, enterprise applications, or data and AI programmes
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Experience using project tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
- Foundation certifications in project management, Agile, or change management
- Awareness of PMO governance and portfolio reporting
- Knowledge of Dutch or additional European languages
