About the job

Metyis AG is looking for a Project Management Associate to support digital transformation and technology client engagements. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will manage workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget targets are met.

What you will do

  • Support delivery of client engagements in digital transformation and technology
  • Manage workstreams or smaller projects on scope, timeline, quality, and budget
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues
  • Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews

What you bring

  • 5+ years in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management, Consulting, or related roles
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology
  • Understanding of project management principles: planning, governance, scheduling, RAID, budgeting, reporting
  • Experience developing project plans, status reports, dashboards, and governance artefacts
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Data & AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, or similar programmes
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar
  • Foundation certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Change Management
  • Awareness of PMO governance, financial tracking, resource planning, and portfolio reporting
  • Knowledge of Dutch or additional European languages
