What you bring

5-10 years of experience in management consulting
Experience delivering change to a top-tier insurance company
Strong entrepreneurial drive for client and business development
Strong interest in data and AI topics
Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and technologies
Strong network in the Dutch insurance market

Nice to have

Banking experience
Strong academic background in business, mathematics, or economics
Dutch native speaker with excellent English communication skills
