Leaseweb is looking for a Quotation Desk Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will ensure quotes are accurate and compliant while supporting process improvements. This is a hybrid position with opportunities for growth.

What you will do

Review and verify quotes against technical and business parameters
Approve quotes that meet requirements and ensure compliance
Provide constructive feedback to quote originators
Identify and flag trends for process improvement
Give structured feedback to internal teams on departmental processes

Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to understand company offerings
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in quotation management and CRM software
