Leaseweb is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will act as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders, designing and implementing KPIs and data models to drive actionable insights.

What you will do

Act as bridge between developers and business stakeholders
Design, test, and implement KPIs, metrics, data models
Develop interactive dashboards and reports
Support implementation and adoption of reporting tools
Analyze business KPIs and highlight key trends
Prepare and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
2-4 years of relevant data analysis experience
Ability to switch between high-level analytical thinking and detailed modeling
Strong analytical capabilities with SQL, R, or Python
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Results oriented, independent, proactive, self-starting

Nice to have

Dutch language
Machine Learning experience
SAP experience
