About the job

Creative Fabrica is looking for a Reddit & Community Operator to own and grow its presence across Reddit and other online communities. You will identify where users are active, participate genuinely in conversations, and run experiments to generate organic awareness.

What you will do

Own community presence on Reddit and other online communities
Identify where users are active and understand each community's culture
Participate genuinely in relevant conversations
Create original posts tailored to community interests
Run experiments to generate organic awareness
Collaborate with product marketing and creative team on launches

What you bring

2+ years of internet-native experience in community or growth roles
Deep understanding of Reddit dynamics and rules
Broad knowledge of Discord, forums, and online culture
Proven ability to generate organic engagement
Excellent written English and adaptable copywriting
High-output, experimental mindset

Nice to have

Track record of growing products or brands through Reddit
Experience running or moderating a subreddit or Discord server
Experience with social listening and community-monitoring tools
Exposure to AI, SaaS, or consumer products
