EVERIENCE is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Amsterdam. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in Agile principles, and help drive the Agile transformation within the organization.
What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Coach teams in Agile principles
- Remove impediments
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Improve team collaboration and transparency
- Contribute to Agile transformation
What you bring
- 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile
- Experience with software development teams
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban or other Agile frameworks
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe)
