Altana is looking for a Senior Agent Product Manager to join the LSP team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work onsite with customers to understand their operations and shape product priorities that deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the experience for brokers and analysts.
What you will do
- Work onsite with customers to learn their operations
- Define product priorities based on LSP business models
- Set and track success metrics tied to customer impact
- Improve end-user experience for brokers and analysts
- Collaborate with enterprise and public sector product teams
- Conduct discovery, pilots, and post-launch feedback
What you bring
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping B2B products
- Comfort with APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON, integration architecture
- Strong UX focus
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Based in Amsterdam with travel to customer sites
Nice to have
- Forward-deployed or customer-embedded product role
- Track record of design partnerships or pilots
- Experience building platform, API, or integration products
- Comfort with AI/ML-driven products
- Exposure to logistics or trade compliance
- Experience with multi-stakeholder products
