Kraft Heinz is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Growth and R&D Tech Capabilities team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will help drive the roadmap for new features and manage the change-tracking process. You will work closely with development partners and monitor system performance to ensure smooth operations.

What you will do

Co-own roadmap review for new features
Coordinate releases from configuration to production
Build and run change-tracking process
Lead service and support management with development partner
Monitor performance and drive action plans
Be change-control gatekeeper

What you bring

2-3 years experience in IT or data and analytics
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
ITIL Foundation certification or higher
Hands-on experience with workflow management tools like Monday.com, JIRA, ServiceNow
Technical project management and vendor management experience
Strong understanding of data and analytics platforms like Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau

Nice to have

Interest in and learning agility with Agentic AI capabilities
