Mollie is looking for a Workforce & Business Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own headcount tracking, forecasting, and modeling, and lead analysis on workforce questions like hiring needs and plan assumptions. You will present people data trends to leadership and own the headcount view in monthly business reviews and annual planning.

What you will do

Own headcount tracking, forecasting, and modeling
Lead analysis on workforce questions like hiring needs and plan assumptions
Build models breaking down headcount and people costs into key drivers
Present people data trends and metrics to leadership
Own headcount view in monthly business reviews and annual planning

What you bring

3 to 5 years experience in FP&A, workforce planning, or people analytics
Quantitative or business academic background
Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
Strong modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel
Familiarity with HRIS and data visualization tools
Experience with Pigment or comparable planning platform
