Creative Fabrica is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join its Studio AI team in Amsterdam. You will design and scale Go-based microservices that power the AI generation lifecycle, working closely with AI researchers to integrate model outputs into a high-traffic SaaS environment.

What you will do

Design and scale Go-based microservices for AI generation lifecycle
Optimize ConnectRPC services and async processing pipelines
Develop backend logic for multimodal orchestration
Work with AWS for data throughput and compute clusters
Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate model outputs

What you bring

Extensive experience building and scaling Go services in high-traffic SaaS
Proven ability to design microservices with Kafka, SQS, and gRPC
Deep knowledge of AWS (EKS, S3, Lambda)
Background in professional-grade creative tools or media-heavy applications
Quality-first mindset for code reviews, testing, and observability

Nice to have

Familiarity with media processing (video, audio, vector)
Experience with model serving or GPU-accelerated workloads
Entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments
