Bakken & Bæck is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead branding projects from concept to delivery at their Amsterdam studio. You'll create design concepts, scale them across digital and physical outputs, and define design systems and guidelines.
What you will do
- Lead branding projects from concept to delivery
- Create design concepts
- Scale concepts across digital and physical outputs
- Define design systems and guidelines
- Manage design quality from concept to production
- Present work internally and to clients
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Understanding of screen-based brand expressions
- Expertise in developing design systems
- Proficiency in Art Direction
- Ability to articulate and present brand work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Nice to have
- Agency background
- Experience with motion graphics, generative tools, or 3D design
