Bakken & Bæck is an independently-owned studio in Amsterdam seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive product design on projects, define vision and outcomes, and guide multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity. You will mentor designers across levels and shape the product design discipline.

What you will do

Lead product design on projects, defining vision and outcomes
Translate complex technologies and insights into digital experiences
Guide multidisciplinary teams and clients through ambiguity
Mentor and support designers across levels
Contribute to shaping the product design discipline
Collaborate with peers across disciplines

What you bring

6+ years of product design experience
Comfortable moving between vision and detail
Skilled at bringing clarity to complex problems
Communicates clearly and proactively
Leads by example with openness and decisiveness
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary projects

Nice to have

Demonstrated interest in product strategy and storytelling
Curiosity for new tools and emerging technologies
