Adyen is looking for a Senior CDD Risk Analyst to join the Reviews team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage end-to-end periodic reviews for high-risk enterprise customers, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will also coach peers and collaborate with various teams to uphold regulatory standards.

What you will do

Manage periodic reviews for high-risk enterprise customers end-to-end
Conduct in-depth due diligence and analyze complex ownership structures
Maintain first-time-right accuracy and perform quality control checks
Coach peers and guide the team through complex cases
Lead calibration sessions to translate compliance requirements into workflows
Liaise with commercial teams and external customers on risk matters

What you bring

6+ years experience in CDD, KYC, or EDD operations or equivalent compliance role
Experience in FinTech, payment service provider, or financial institution
Deep knowledge of complex risk scenarios and regulatory standards
Up-to-date knowledge of upcoming EU AML regulations and perpetual KYC
Analytical mindset with data and analytics skills
High autonomy and strong communication skills

Nice to have

Experience coaching or mentoring team members
Prior experience as a quality checker or QA auditor
